This is just a fun concept. Causes lots of lag with both. Testing proved both of them require about the same performance. Both together is not ideal. The digital only is not finished yet as of uploading this scene.

after some serious tweaking (still running in 100hz sim speed), i managed to mae it go 80mph, but the enigne was instable.
with the sim running at 200hz, I made it go up to 130mph, but then the speedometer crashed.

What exactly did you tweak?
The gear ratios could have certainly used some more tweaking but it's very tedious.
Did you tweak the engine throttle controller with the "scene.my.on"?
