The gearbox problem is solved!
At the moment I'm working on some extra functions, like for example cruise control.
When I'm done I will upload the finished car.

The controls are:
1 = stop engine
2 = idle
3 = normal
4 = faster than normal
5 = turbo
6 = Toggles clutch, but I don't use it anymore since I have a different key assigned for the clutch. But it's handy when you don't want to hold a key down constantly.
7 = weak clutch
8 = strong clutch
Q = 1st gear
W = 2nd gear
E = 3rd gear
N = Neutral (I think it works, but I never used it)
Up = Clutch (not toggled)
Left = Starter
Right + Up = reverse (because the motor can't go in reverse because of it's design. Sure it can go in reverse with using the "right" key, but it won't be in reverse very long)
Down = Brake

When the gearbox starts to shake violently up/down, you have to engage the next gear.
