Algodoo

This is a variable-speed movie viewer. It works by the laser grabbing each frame (which is stored as a texture), that passes in front of the beam, and transferring the texture to the larger box which acts like a movie screen. The process is easily done with Thyme script, but was rather tricky to get the image sized correctly and synchronized. I had to transfer the texture (which is the image) and also the texture matrix, which specifies the x and y dimensions of the image. I made a simple speed control by converting the y postion of a small rectangle into a speed value that the motor uses. You can change the speed, and reverse its direction by sliding the rectangle up and down with the Move Tool.
