The back wheel shakes because it arrives to 140 rad/s, and at that speed the hinges start to shake. Use legacyMode 0 hinges or add more friction to the wheel.

Forget the friction, make the hinge max speed 1100 rpm (115 rad/s).

I set the hinge to it's current speed to simulate the actual speed and gearage of the Cuda, it goes at about the same top speed as the real Cuda.
