I was not able to open it either. Maybe change it so that you can use the arrow keys for entering the combination instead of the grab tool.

It really isn't that bad if you go slow. did you make sure you pressed the bolt
down a couple times first to reset it?

Yes, I did press the bolt down 2 or 3 times. Sometimes I pressed too hard and broke the mechanism and had to restart the scene! Then I very carefully entered the combination as shown in the scene, but was unsuccessful in opening the bolt. I then tried attaching springs to the direction pad so that I could use the arrow keys to enter the combination more carefully, and I still was not able to open it. Sorry...

Because you designed it, you know exactly how to move the direction pad and how hard you can push on it, but for everyone else, it's quite challengeing!

By the way, I LOVE your Zippo Lighter! That's the most amazing FLAME I've seen on Algobox!!! I wanted to comment on it and rate it, but comments and ratings were disabled on the scene.

Xray. thanks so much for sharing all this information about the lock. I guess I didn't realize how finicky it was. also I did not know that the comments and ratings on my Zippo were disabled. ill have to look into that. Do you know why that could be?

Hey everyone who had trouble with this scene. I just realized that when you load the scene, the maximum strength of the drag tool does not set itself to what I had intended. set the max force to 400 and it may be mush easier. sorry, I thought the force came with the scene.

I think you're missing a spring to release the lock, the wheels all line up correctly despite being harsh. I can upload a sort of example scene to try and explain what I'm rabling on about?

Also, love the zipper scene!

EDIT: It worked, ignore what I said above, just had to pull the lock up and it releases, great job!

Yes, much easier with max drag force = 400.

It's better to bind simple controller accel to dial and lock so you can press keys for lock and enter combination.

Here's a solution: Pull the arc shaped thingy out it's not very strong
