This scene uses a spring to generate a constant force. The spring length does not change in operation. The weight is calculated from the angle of the applied force. The range of this scale is 0.001 to 1.0 kg. Change the mass of the circle with the slider and the scale will automatically adjust the force angle.

One interesting thing with this scale is that the reaction torque of the adjustment motor is very low since one end of the spring is attached very close to the motor axle. The scale will work even if the motor torque is reduced to 0.2 Nm.
