It must be possible. This scene proves it.
it would be possible. but it would be incredibly difficult to get the ball to th other person, due to the lack of gravity and you would need pinpoint aim
Contrary to popular belief, there IS gravity in space. It just has a lot less effect on things the farther away you get from large celestial bodies such as planets, stars, and asteroids.

I believe that you would be able to play Tennis in space, but of course the rules would have to be different from playing Tennis here on Earth. For one, there would be no ground for the ball to bounce off of, so the players would need to hit the ball from racket to racket (as depicted in my scene). Also, the players could theoretically be many kilometers away from each other, because there would be no effect of slowing the velocity of the ball as a result of no air resistance. I imagine that the ball might be a little larger than it is here on Earth as a result of the pressure differential.

Can you imagine how difficult the job of "ball chaser" would be in space?!
