Algodoo

here's a water engine based off of an air engine I saw on youtube. It uses piston the turn a wheel and change the flow of the water to accelerate the wheel faster. I made it as efficient as possible. This one is powered by water spawners (toggle number row 1-5). The water flows to turn the wheel, but this is just to prevent the engine from running backward. You can disable the flow of water around te wheel by pressing A. Took me 10 minutes to get the concept into agodoo, then an additional 30-40 minutes making it smaller and faster.
