It isn't very realistic, and also the potential isn't exact lennard-jones, but still good to show that the absolute speed (and that's it, the temperature) increases, as the volume decreases. Move the upper plane and see what happens to the fluctuating speed on the plot.

Also, it is good to show that the summary xspeed and yspeed are both just fluctuate about zero, no matter what the volume is.

Just show a plot of speeds and xspeeds/yspeeds over time, with time span ~2s and smoothing ~9.
