yes, it has spring spokes, but what are they useful for? Maybe if you put a stretched hinge connecting the motor circle with the wheel to avoid movement you can put less constant on the springs and they will act as another suspension / soft tires

Sure, but most people use spring spokes to simulate softwheels. I mean, are they better than common glued-together wheels by something?
