Step 1- make any size rectangle.
Step 2- attach center axle to box.
Step 3-cover block in tracers and make desired design. (leave tracer fade time at 1.5 sec.)
Step 4-change background and box (NOT TRACERS) to black.
Step 5- set axle to motor at 110 RPM.
Step 6-make axle transparent. Done! |
