This is my second upload, and realized that although the Phun working with

AIR, but has no resistance to it, in the case of a wing for example.

For the wing, I used the model N.A.C.A-6412.

Controls: Use A and D to move, and UP and DOWN to rotate the wing.

Nice way to simulate air, with bounce particles! Very good!
Perfect curve how?:huh:
AWSOME
Excellent, but air is a fluid, not a bunch of bullets. A wing creates lift because it directs air down, not because air bounces off of it.
such aerodynamics should be integrated in phun
Actually, a wing doesn't create lift because it directs air down. A wing creates lift because, since the top has a longer distance due to the curve than the bottom, air has to travel faster so that the same volume gets over it as does the bottom. When the air moves faster on top, it creates a lower pressure on top, allowing the pressure on the bottom of the wing to push it upwards.
It didn't work..
Obviously Dom, but as the air does not work properly in phun, this would be a good replacement. -_-
@Cynthia123:

The perfect curve was done in Inkscape, using SVG2PHUN to convert it to a .phn (Phun) file.
Hello as a degreed aerospace engineer I have to say I like the concept. Both of the above explanitons of fight are correct. There are two debated explanations of flight Bernoulli and Newtonian. You guys can read more abou the debate here.

http://www.f1-country.com/f1-engineer/aeorodynamics/bernoulli.html

The problem with the simulation is the spacing of the "gas particles". Its like an airfoil flying through a vacuum of space. But to get a good simulation I think we need some super computing power.

At the university it often took days to run computational fluid mechanics problems on the U's super computer. One idea may be to try running the airfoil through water which would give a more realistic simulation.
