First of all,There is no USA,Canada or Alaska provinces.

Second, if you meant the lands of modern day USA,Canada,Mexico and Alaska,you could only have 10 provinces maximum.

3rd,There is a "Michigania Republic" in New England,Wisconsin,Michigan,Indiana,Ohio and Pennsylvania.
