Needs some improvement.

You need to remove boarders from glass so you can't see fault lines.
The rest is great.

Cogs not good idea, little grip, and you should boost the speed but then it's fine.
You should display the monster trucks full potential with a longer course, with giant spinnig cogs .

The launch mechanism is not exactly fast but the rest is great. Just add a block that stops the tigger from spinning in circles, this would then allow easy rapid fire.

Or you could have turned down gravity...
