and yes of course in mine ,your backround moves but i cant se it good because all that textures are the same color and light ,maybe you have to put other moving floors on the other side of the car to make, maybe , a horizon's feeling

Why is for 2.1.0 is avaiable for other versions too... there is no scripts too advanced for before versions
