It's just the style improved, I know it laggs when cutting the gear edges or the last bit. Erich and me are doing something like an little co-work and I "improved" the scene so he can learn more techniques. Additionaly, i'm not someone who know's the thyme language and algodoo intothe last bit. There are still a couple of secret's I don't know
Nice try erich. You could improve it by making the shapes automaticaly spawn on the ground and adding an timing variable making it only able to spawn the shapes every couple of time.
wow, that'S an really nice one. You start becomming quite good with mechanics. *requesting the replacement of the old printer in the featured section*
Actually, rube's are usually chain reactions (mostly without motors or other power sources).
Actually, its pretty well done. Now just use some more element's to increase the movement speed without chanigng the motorspeed.
Mayybee water-transport? xD
You could make it faster by adjusting the length of the legs. The longer they are, the more the end moves, but then you probably need to change the mechanism a bit.
let me guess, you got the idea by the scene of mine ^^
Lol cool effect. how do you get those idea's for these kind of scene's xD
I like this invention. I just wonder how to make the hinges strechable like this.
Here are some tips:
Use the grid while making it, I recommend the 3 axis-grid. It helps you placing circles and springs at exactly a specific point.

first only make the circles, then a few springs, and then duplicate the springs on other parts of the softbody, so that in the end, every ball is connected wth the surrounding ones. Also remember not to connect them with the background, and always use the grid
Sorry to tell you that, but announcement scenes are not allowed in the algobox
No, it's no mistake. It says "new form, flips into another (form) after time" I left the "form" out so I don't repeat myself
Just wanted to say exactly the same thing. Found that way of scripting by random, and it's very usefull for quickly scripting 1 or multiple things with many attributes
Wow, very interresting contraption. Even tho it is made mostly random, It is pretty nice. All you should do is change the movements of some boxes, as they are pushed trough the frames quite a bit, as of high pressure
Well, algodoo can'T handle movement under much pressure. If you apply something to high mechanical power(it could also move really fast), it get's "moved" inside other shapes upon collision. The shape then tries to move itself out of there with really high pressure. This creates the shaking of the tower. You can prevent it by setting all the tiles density to something like 1 in the propertys menu
Kino, please don't call every of your scenes something like "cool" or "really cool". The name should tell a bit what happens in the scene, so everyone knows what they can expect. This scene could have been called somewhat like "rapidly color-changing piston".
okay, you don't call every scene like this, sorry. But yet, give them names that tell what happens inside them.
I am very very suer you got the idea by me, as I used mechanics too. You could improve the scene a lot as the linkage's between the different elements are very weak. The ball get's pressed to the ground, the wheels could easily not be triggered by the spring. Anyways, good try
Really really good scene you made, 10/10 points frome
Wow very interressting physics
Algodoo doesn't support comment or annoucement scenes. The scenes you upload must have some special content that people can enjoy, not just text or images. Algobox admins like XRay usually take care of those scenes
This is very impressive. I love that one could easily rewire the machines as the springs bear the transport script and everything creates the values on it's own. May I ask if I could use the generators/motors and batterys/wires from this scene in some of my own scenes? Of course I will claim them as your's and not as mine.
You're axles are streched because the Extreme weigth is to much for them to keep the gears at their fixed position
Lol, this is really cool. Could you explain to me how to "towers" are knowing where to fire the bullets? I only can see that they seem to use some laser reaction.
Okay, after some scanning I found it out. Now, i want to make some game, and could I ask to use the script of your towers for it? I will claim them as your's if necessary
I have a scene called gravity car. It also features a car that controlls gravity but it's an minigame. So check it out, and maybe watch some things to improve your scenes
I prefer the scripter variant ^^
If you play this game and notice any bugs, please report them. This map is so huge that there can easily be some fails of mine that alter the gameplay. I will then reupload the sceneas soon as possible
lcool game, but the reason why i love this most: I finally found out how to trigger automatic undo point creation
