all you need is adding a new system which is called approval system. Only approval maps will shown inside there. So there's also mean, we need more admins or moderator,or even staff! I wandering how many admin are ruling this algobox so far,but what I am thinking is, this should be work for approval system.

how it works?
first at all,user can upload a scene.
next,admin/moderator/staff can approve useful maps,useless maps are going to trash bin.
thrid, marble races thing will reduced. Only leaves good marble race. (but in my word, a good marble race is called "ball race")
