Response to Xray - Sometimes I forget that "glue to background" exists, and I've had Algodoo on my computer for about 7 years. There's always something, lol.
Response to s_noonan - Interesting. It's not too far off from my results, but mine are probably flawed, since I had to do quite a bit of rounding.
After much effort with the drag tool, I snapped the softbody in half. For a brief moment, the softbody was moving at over 10 million m/s according to the velocity tool. Algodoo genuinely stopped following the other half of the object. Once the softbody had slowed down to a more comfortable 150 m/s (about 5 minutes later), I zoomed in on the object, and the screen was shaking like crazy. Despite saying there were 132 boxes, Algodoo refused to show more than 6 of them. The object moved in a very glitchy way. I think I have discovered Algodoo's equivalent to the Farlands in Minecraft. The object still hasn't hit the ground after 10 minutes.
20 minute update: After messing around with some tools, attempting to make any shape is impossible, as the lines used to draw objects are very warped. The grid is invisible and impossible to use. Still hasn't hit the ground.
