Console seemed to get stuck or something wierd
To fix :
Press the button on your keyboard with "`" and "¬" on it.
Type in "scene.my.fire = 0"
Press the "`" / "¬" button again
This might not be appropiate. I'm just a little confused. You said you're an english schoolboy, yet on pipe01's scene you said you're french?
And are you really dyslexic?
Either way, hateful comments aren't welcome. Both of you should ignore each others scenes and not comment on them. This will only spiral out of control.
Fay - Thats because it has constantly changing variables, color and tracer size. Not too sure but Fruit's works off of onCollide as well, which is simpler.
Hi, I'm pretty sure theres a tutorial on youtube on using "catapiller" treads somewhere. If not i'll put up a tutorial on them sometime tomorrow if I have time.
Also, you probably already know this but use boxes and circles for anything that collides. Not polygons Use polygons for the exterior [Might want to go through some of the smaller objects and make them into one big polygon, to reduce lag]
Hope this helps, moving enemys may be difficult, you could use some scripting to trigger the movements etc.
Make the whole car smaller, stops it from "floating"
Also the motor hinge, play around with the rpm, and also the strength, this will stop the wheel spin at the back.
Try lowering the strength of the suspension as well.
What I mean with the wheelspin, is theres too much power, change the motor torque to something lower
PS: With the suspension, its meant to cushion the bumps, at the minute yours doesn't do that all too well, but that might also be with the size of the car
Don't want to sound patronising, but shaz you're 9, watch your tounge.
Alex - If you took the time to read the 22 comments, then you'd see that they're all from the same people. Hardly means that it's grabbed a ton of attention [no offence]
On a side note you seem obsessed with a dragon.
Thanks a lot Just a quicky, does this lagg at any times for you? Just trying to get a balance on how much I can put in.
Also I'm planning on making a hellfire missile, so I want a laser to set the target, then the missile aim automatically and then hit the target. Any ideas?
