Isn't that my gearbox? I wonder why it doesn't work, maybe because the engine has a habit of running backwards all the time. I never liked that engine very much anyway.

10 hp @ 550 Rpm. Also, don't use lasers to spawn geoms as it spawns more than 1 and the engine is unstable because of that. Also try and cut some weight, as 194 kg is a lot for something like this!

But this is like your 2nd spawn engine, and no one is good at anything the first time they try it

To try and improve it, try and use this engine (or maybe even this one, but it's a little older) as a base. They have a near 1:1 hp/kg ratio. I'd say it's about the best I can do with an I2 of this type.

You might wanna move the gear shifter thing, I ran into it and broke it while I was wheelieing once

nvm, my really crappy dyno got screwed up. With a normal brake it gave 40hp

InsertNameHere has done nothing wrong. It's you who's done something wrong, and that thing is polluting our once awesome community with all your marble race and Algodecathlon crap. It drowns out the good scenes. It makes the people who do make good scenes just want to rip their hair out. And it's excruciating to deal with the immature babies who make them on a pretty much daily basis!

I am not just targeting you, but pretty much all you Algodecathlon supporters. there's a 6 x 6 x 6 inch iron box above a fire reserved in hell for you people...

If you want an example, rewind to like the first 200 pages of scenes posted here, like the ones from Phun to about the early days of Algodoo. Look, no marble races! Also, if you examine the profiles of the people who posted them, look at all that great stuff! And now these days, it's just the very narrow slice of genuinely good users, and then the less talented, then you.

I do this -

Declare two local vars in each circle with script. Call them _max and _min or something like that. Put _max at 800 or whatever density you want at full throttle and _min at like 10. Then add this script to the spawn script, in place of "density" ;

density := keys.isDown("up") ? _max : _min

I'm up at 8 nearly every day. I can stay up until 2 AM and then sleep for 4 hours and feel perfect the next morining Faytree loves to stay up all night as far as I know. because we're on the opposite sides of the planet, he has to stay up until midnight (or I do. It goes both ways ) to be online at the same time. Damn you timezones!

The engine is good, but it has very little torque. Try and delete the geoms when they get to the bottom of the cylinder with a killer.

@Xray - Fair point. I know you've suggested Algobox being cut in half countless times, and I fully back you with that proposition.

It seems that every time anyone posts a protest scene against or for Algodecathlon or the things like that it quickly degrades into flaming and the good users just constantly beating on all the Algodecathlon supporters, and then the supporters return fire accordingly. It's just a lot of constant bickering and tension going on with no clear solution in sight...

I might build one of these if I can find a blueprint somewhere. I can't upload anything until the internet at our house is fixed, which will hopefully be by tomorrow.

I know the thyme, I just can't remember how to do it. It's hard to write thyme code without a computer that runs Algodoo (I'm on a crappy school laptop now )

It eats fuel faster at high rpm like a real engine. But if you got 5 min out of one fuel ball then that's pretty good

I've got t'wind beat. Due to the fact that a friend of mine ran a pizza place I played this almost constantly (the '81 version, that is, but these are kinda sinmilar, apart from the... zombies ) I was able to do actually pretty well. I got 200 my first run and my best was 950. I'm gonna try an hit 1000, and I'll screencap it if I can

But you have 800 scenes. I barely have 200. If you only had 200, you'd only have about 10. I think the number of subs you have is proportional to the amount of scenes you have while taking into consideration how good the stuff you make is. Applying that math, my stuff is 400% better than yours

A friend of my dad let me try one once, and I gagged and found it disgusting. I've never smoked another one in my whole life and don't plan on starting soon. Oh yeah, he died of lung cancer about 6 months ago. Go figure...
