wow, that means more work, more than normal, that`s not fair. yes, working a lot and be hated by (not all) players. thats really not fair. if admins are active, they are hated. if they not active, algobox turns into a forum, a battlefield or something like. no admins = chaos, admins = unfairness.
i understand that. once i was the only admin on a server in the game Minecraft. but only for 1 day, because of that problem. then the server closed in ~ 2 days.

ok yes, the job "admin" is worth it. without admins (ore police) the algobox (or the city) turns into a... i dont know into what it turns, but it turns in something not good. but if there are only 3 admins, the job is not difficult, it is extreme difficult. thats like 3 policemans in a city. but when it is ok, then it is ok hope you enjoy your job

yes, that`s right. it is not creative, but it`s one of the easyest ways. (another simple way: make a small box, set "killer" on true, move the box at the glass. the nut falls out because the glass don`t exists anymore.) thanks for the comment
