accelerometer, nice
except it isn't because the simulation is weird and light doesn't actually take the time to move
also, you can add a transparent narrow object in front of the beam for greater precision because narrower beam
don't forget to dim the beam to make the widening effect work
you guys casually making a kugelblitz over there?
ok
I found that the aparabolic dish was useless because the signal comes out already directed
oh you.....
THERE'S A HIDDEN MOTOR IN THIS THING

"the hardest part about making a perpetual motion machine is figuring out where to hide the battery" - I dunno
congratulations
you just replicated brownian motion
ok, be careful while handling negative damping springs
if they're too potent, they have the capability to just delete things
tip: stretch 2 axles and attach them to the same 2 objects, then set the hinge constant to infinity, the decay is accelerated to cause axle collapse within a few physics steps
also, since this is the latest post at the time of writing, I suggest making a community hub in a free community hosting platform like discord
there is one?
added input labeling, but I did think whatever I did prior to that was sufficient
well

I had just recently made my own perpetual motion machine out of what I can only describe as dental floss
.
wow
pretty fast
you uh
you can do this with 1 laser, just give it a maxRays of 100000 and you're done

and minor nitpick, but they won't notice time slowing, all they'd notice is weird inaccuracy in their timing systems
huh
you're making it wrong
it's a plate-composite material

you start with 3 identical plates
put an axle from the 2nd to the 1st on their centers
then put an axle from the 3rd to the 2nd on their centers
(if you can't find a valid center, any relative position should work if it's the same relative position in both steps)

if your result starts to vibrate, you made it right
not walking as much as it is dancing but ok
nice
but I broke it pretty quickly (repaired it though)
also axles are broken
if you put too big of a number in 3n+1 it fails to divide
so, I tried all openings (corner, edge, center) and won all of them
I'd like an option where I play second to the ai
xray I mean the circle
tried using my own bullet design in this, took a bit of modification but it finally worked (at below 20 m/s muzzle velocity, self-contained bullets are near-useless)
it's better if you unanchor the stars
