Uh, you're supposed to hold down the "Right" key, then TAP the number 1 button. After that, let go of the "Right" key and just press UP for throttle (Be sure to tap "F" so that the car can go over the obstacles)

And to go faster, just do the same thing but tap 2, 3, or 4.

I'd like not to block every scene I see counting the majoriaty of the technical and good scenes released are on Default. How about you learn what the tags mean to prevent this in the first place? You know how to use the tags, use them.

But yeah working with shaders does speed up the process, but that's about it. With hand-made details like this, it takes a heck of a lot longer but it makes the car look 10 times more life-like.

I also have a speculation that it was "vini80" because he has no scenes, and commented "1" on Pnvv's Karmann Ghia the same day someone downvoted it

Saying you have 200 scenes is like saying you have 10 fingers and 10 toes, it really doesn't matter that much honestly

Unless if a scene gets like 2000 downloads or you get 20 subscribers, then that's more appropriate

It's the kids causing the lack of inspiration. Before there used to be technical scenes uploaded every day (Mostly engines but w/e) and that was an inspiration gold-mine. Now it's an inspiration crap-fest.
