I have guessed that Hinami is the culprit of this murder.

Explanation: She was looking angry when we discovered the body. Perhaps she was attempt to escape after she killed Maya by climbing the ladder and she had stolen Takarou's pick-axe so she can cut down the ladder. But when Monozawa told us to go find the body, she had to hurry and get back into the room. She must've dropped the glue in her pocket as she is a fashion designer and they use glue for their clothes. If you remember seeing the rules, "Anyone who commits murder beomes the "Blackened", and they will be allowed to leave unless they are discovered." This means she has attempted escape but failed leaving her out in the open.

Also, the knife that was used to kill was most likely used to frame rawers.
