I suggest a regular algobox that can be accessed by going to algodoo.com/algobox and a "technical algobox" that can be accessed by going to algodoo.com/algobox/technical. The first one is for the "spam kids" while the other is for good scenes. THis is reliable as the campers and marble racers can use the /algobox and the new Algodooers while the older Algodooers know to use /algobox/technical.
There's an issue with your method. If an inexperienced Algodooer uploads a scene for a first time, he/she might be curious and upload all his/her scenes with the "Creative" button checked, therefore spamming your side.
