Use the drag tool to slide the yellow block into the first black block. Use Google translator or similar to translate German to English. DrBalk most likely has to do an English to German translation for our scenes.
This dragster complies with all the rules in the "Rules are very strict:" section of the contest. If I have violated any of the rules, then let me know and I will try to fix it. I pretty sure this scene does not comply with Kilinich's intent.
Regarding statements made after the official rules. If they are not in the rules section, then I don't consider them rules, but let's look at them anyways.
Regarding "no propultion [sic]", Wikipedia defines "Ground propulsion is any mechanism for propelling solid bodies along the ground, usually for the purposes of transportation. The propulsion system often consists of a combination of an engine or motor, a gearbox and wheel and axles in standard applications."
So "no propulsion" means no movement and no "engine or motor, a gearbox and wheel and axles". This does not make sense.
Regarding "spawn engine with inside-spawn", that's what I made.
My experience with contests is that someone has some idea of what they expect the entries to look like and they write the rules around what they have in their head. Then if somebody meets all the rules, but it doesn't look like they expect, then they change the rules.
This scene is nowhere near the technical or artistic quality of Kilinich's or The Linkage's scene. It was done mainly for fun and to see how Kilinich would react. Kilinich's response of "Haha) sure it is!" to Xray's comment is the type of response I was looking for, and it is well appreciated. I thought by bragging how fast the dragster was, I could get another response, but I don't think he's falling for it.
Regarding "Sorry but rocket engines or simple jet's is not allowed.", I don't see the words "rocket" or "jet" anywhere in the rules. Please state the exact wording of any rule that I broke.
Looks like we have a wiener. Good work chemist. Your description is very detailed and accurate. Your check is in the mail (I got your address from the NSA).
I tried for quite a while (longer than I would like to admit) to make a track. I couldn't make one that would operate smoothly and not cause too much lag. I'm pretty sure I won't be adding a track anytime soon.
Sounds impressive. I haven't tried that yet, but I've seen a video with an excavator climbing into a rail car. I'm working on making the turret reversible. That might make it easier.
When code tags are used in the forum, you can copy and paste code with no problem. When code is added to the scene comments in Algobox, copy and pasting the code may or may not work (as you mentioned in your 2nd comment above).
