And last but not least you've missed a lot from Algicosalthon. Luckily Amber survives to make it to the final 10. But some of my personal favorites died.
thanks for responding. In your scene utilizing that script, you wanted use by credit- so I did as told and i'm glad it worked out in the end.
I'm not too big on scripting atm-- but as I'm slowly learning HTML coding (which won't really help w/ this) But i'm slowly wanting to learn to code here. And scripts like that is what i'd like to start out with.
i'm already scared- the way you just say that, or rather the way Emily says that-- I'm not ready.
+I'm kinda excited to see Lily react to Andrew's death-- or have her discover that Andrew did die. Probably guessing that Taylor's gonna go-- since i love the bottom 3.
Well; after writing paragraphs i find the scene to be deleted. :clap:k_hand: :diesirljnhbgvfcdxfcgvhbjnjb:
Well; As you posted this i was looking over the night scene myself. And was pretty content when i refreshed and saw this-- I was pretty aware of what it would be about in the first place. And I can't say I disagree w/ your argument.
It feels good to start a trend, everyone is inspired by what you make, and branch it out into their own thing. I really admire that. We're a community based off trends; someone starts something- everyone fangirls then writes their own separate stories. It's kinda cool when you think about it-- but then there's the down side. The original owner ends up being blown away by all these 'fan-games' (fangames inside a game?!) And it just gets worse from there.
As i try my hardest on my scenes, making my own events, artstyles (not really artsyles if they're just custom assets) and overall i am happy with my own creations- most of the time. And it's kinda cool to see people use your ideas and make something different out of it. But doing the same thing over and over again is kinda boring. I'm not the one to start a trend then rant over how everyone else is copying me. But I'm glad that it's out there.
As i'm ready for your future uploads; it can only get better. And as a random sidenote; for me freshman year was great. Sophomore year....just. no. Glad to see that you've returned-- keep up the good work.
I think the moral of the story is to make sure people don't copy your games; make it so complex and so well detailed that nobody will even try to compare them to yours.
But just a small question; will the upgrades happen as a team wins? Like let's say Pink wins against Navy. Will Pink get the upgrade? Or will the marble count depend on the remaining hp on the crystal?
Anyway, this is really cool. I've seen something very similar to this-- but it's been a while. I might run this tournament for myself and see the results after like using the same stage like 8137738 different times.
And also as something that could be added for visual appearances; like in algothon APLHA. You could have stages around different stages. Like for example a beach themed stage, where you must bounce off trees to get to the crystal. Or an Ice stage. Where the crystal could be blocked off by shards of ice which must be broken off by landing onto it.
Sounds like i'm making it harder than it already is. Not in any intention to try to make it any harder than it already is.
