6th: Yellow (120 m)
7th: Lavender (85 m)
8th: Black (70 m)
9th: Navy (57 m)
Wow. I expected an unlikely elimination to happen at some point, but... I never expected THIS... Orange has been eliminated by a 32-point margin (extremely small at this point in the game). Orange's COBEN was a miniscule 0.37%, small enough for me to ignore. Orange's highligths:
Gold medal on Day 1
Shared gold medal on Day 4
Bronze medal on Day 5
Gold medal on Day 6
Gold medal on Day 12 (LITERALLY THE PREVIOUS DAY)
I still can't get over the fact that this happened.
COBENs
I posted COBENs that were incorrect.

Contestants:
Cyan, Navy, Lavender, Purple, White, Black
Teams:
Team A-L: Black, Cyan and Lavender
Team L-Z: Navy, Purple and White
Stakes:
Winner Team: +4000
Loser Team: +500
Results:
A-L defeated L-Z, with a scoreboard of 6-5
A-L started off strong while L-Z struggled to get their first point. L-Z did try to make a last-minute comeback, but failed.
And Navy somehow manages to break their own record! Impressive!
For those curious, if we didn't do this event, then Navy 's COBEN would be 60.27%, which is still worringly high, to be fair.
Navy has been predictably eliminated. The point difference was just too big. Navy's highligths:
Silver medal on Day 6
Another silver medal on Day 9
Bronze medal on Day 13
COBENs:
Top 2 (Cyan and Black): Immune
Lavender: 5.01%
Purple: 8.34%
White: 86.66%
And the award for highest COBEN goes to...!
Seriously, what on earth is going on lately with these hilariously high COBENs? It's like the athletes are trying to get eliminated!
And with an almost 10000-point gap between them and Lavender, White becomes the first rejoiner eliminated. They pretty much gave up after seeing their COBEN of over 80%, which meant that White needed to get 1st to have a chance at surviving (yes, they could have been eliminated despite winning the event). White's highligths:
Bronze medal on Day 14
And that's it! Kinda disappointing that the S1 powerhouse only got one medal through all of S2 (although they skipped like half of the competition so yeah).
And Lavender misses out on the podium. Lavender's higligths:
Gold medal on Day 3
Another gold medal on Day 9
Silver medal on Day 10
Bronze medal on Day 11
Gold medal on Day 13
Bronze medal on Day 18 (aka this one)
COBENs:
Purple: Immune (guranteed into the finals)
Cyan: 16.67%
Black: 83.33%
In order for Black to be able to qualify for the finals they must get 1st place and Cyan must get last.
And Black becomes the final eliminated athlete before the finals. Considering how they placed dead last in S1 and they would've been dead last in this season if I wasn't so benevolent, this is a great improvement! Black's highlights:
Shared gold medal on Day 4
Another gold medal on Day 7
Bronze medal on Day 9
Gold medal on Day 11
Silver medal on Day 14
Another silver medal on Day 16
Bronze medal on Day 17
Another bronze medal on Day 19 (aka this one)
Ignoring the initial slip-up, Black was an excellent player this season.
With that out of the way, we're left with the final 2: Purple, a really skilled newcomer Cyan, who rejoined thanks to Green
And just like that... PURPLE HAS WON ALGICOSATHLON!!! Cyan gets second place, which is way better than their Algodecathlon performance (6th/10) and their original performance in this series (15th/16)
And with that, Algicosathlon has been finished. Will I make another season? Maybe, but if it happens it will not come soon since school is a thing, unfortunately.
I can't be asked to make statistics for this season, Algodecathlon was bad enough.
Contestants & Pairs:
Azure (Newcomer) & Lavender, Black & Tan (Newcomer), Blue & Magenta, Brown & Navy, Crimson (Newcomer) & Red, Cyan & Purple, Green & Lime, Grey & Yellow, Orange & Violet (Newcomer) and Pink & White.
The pairs were generated randomly.
How this competition works:
This competition works the same as any algothlon: contestants compete in events to gain points. The difference is that contestants in a pair share their points. Whichever pair has less points than the rest after an event is eliminated (except for this one).
Also, the events are a sort of mix between other two (in this case RTTB and BMX Cycling/Survival).
No rejoins will be made due to the cast size (only 10 pairs), sorry in advance.
Results:
1st: Brown (Survived)
2nd: Lime (Round 8)
3rd: Violet (Round 8)
4th: Crimson (Round 8)
5th: Magenta (Round 7)
6th: Navy (Round 6)
7th: Pink (Round 5)
8th: Azure (Round 5)
9th: Blue (Round 5)
10th: Tan (Round 5)
11th: Red (Round 4)
12th: Purple (Round 4)
13th: Cyan (Round 4)
14th: Orange (Round 4)
15th: Black (Round 4)
16th: Lavender (Round 2)
17th: White (Round 1)
18th: Green (Round 1)
Rounds 1-3 had a 60 s timer, 4-7 had a 55s timer and 8 had a 50s timer. Might have been too brutal with the 5 second decrease every 4 rounds.
Azure and Lavender are out.
The former earned 250 points while the latter got only 30.
Like before, none of them got any medals.
This just goes to show that letting one person carry your team to victory is a terrible stategy.
