Victim: Magenta (i'll reveal who i think the killer is soon)
I don't think we have enough testimonies, alibi's or other evidence, but i think i do have enough to make an explanation.
When Magenta and the killer were alone in the kitchen, the killer decided to knock her unconcious before killing her, to avoid chances of her fighting back. To do that, the killer grabbed a hammer (Something an ultimate builder definitly should have) from their toolset and smacked her with it, causing her to go unconcious. Luckily for the killer, they were in the kitchen, so there were lots of weapons to use, so they grabbed a cleaver and stabbed her in the chest with it, and also stabbed her in the head with a knife to make sure she would die. The killer then washed all the blood off of their body, and quickly left like nothing happend, forgetting to dispose of any evidence.

If only you disposed of the bloody hammer, we might've not found you out... Navy.
