I tested with the initial setting, and Yellow kept losing, but when I mirrored everything up, Yellow went for a winning streak.

I guess that's because whichever side the satelite is rotating at, that side always get blocked while offending, while the opposite side can use that satelite to launch to the opposite side, creating a huge disadvantage to the side which the satelite is spinning to
