LAK -- Not every scene needs to have a "point". People create scenes because they enjoy making things with Algodoo and sharing those scenes with others here on Algobox.
Here is a scene that I made back in 2016 which is very similar to this one that uses tracers to form letters: Tracer Alphabet
Nice job on the chess pieces, but I have a suggestion that would improve how they look. Currently, the white chess pieces are difficult to see when they are on a white square. My suggestion is to give them just a little bit of color, maybe light red or green. There's nothing in the rules that states the pieces must be black and white.
Thanks for mentioning about your old account "Student Rui". That old account is now officially banned.
Welcome again to Algobox! I look forward to playing more of your excellent scenes.
By the way, you mentioned that English is your second language. In my opinion, your written English, as evidenced in your comments, is excellent. In fact, it is more articulate and mature sounding than comments written by most other Algobox users! I wouldn't have known that English is not your first language if you hadn't mentioned that fact.
rangycrow -- I can't remember if I asked you this before, so please forgive me if I did. I own a Walther PPS in real life, and there is one odd thing about that gun that I've never seen in any other small handgun. The trigger guard also functions as the magazine release mechanism! The PPS model is available in one of two calibers: The 9mm and the .40 caliber. Mine is the 9mm version. Anyhow, would you be interested in creating a scene for that model gun? Here are some details about it on Wikipedia: Walther PPS
AI is certainly a great tool for us humans, but I'm concerned that we may start relying on it too much which might cause us to forget how to do basic things like math and English that we learned as children.
@syplonite -- Would you like to make the cursor move quicker and stop quicker? If yes, then make the following changes....
1. with the scene paused, right click on the cursor. Then hover your real cursor down to "controller" and you will see the controller panel show up. Change the "controller acceleration" to 500.0
2. Move to "script menu" on the main panel and click on it. In the script menu that shows up look for "velocityDamping" and change the values to: [0.99999, 0.99999, 0.0]
3. Save the modified scene and upload it to Algobox. Your new Algodoo cursor should respond faster than before and it should stop faster than before!
I "like" an Algodoo image or animation that looks and acts like the same thing in real life. I always work toward that goal in my own scenes. Unfortunately, I don't always achieve it.
You should explain either in the scene or in the scene description what are the control keys that make the bridge go up and down (arrow keys are the most common keys for controlling movement). Without those details other people won't be able to figure out how to make the bridge go up and down.
There is an old lift bridge not far from me that spans the width of the Saint Croix River between Wisconsin and Minnesota. Over the past 20 years the traffic across the river has become so dense that authorities had to build other modern bridges across that river that bypass the old lift bride!
Sad but true, I've seen some badly damaged body parts on adults who ignored mandatory safety standards while operating or maintaining industrial machinery. Some of them just refuse to take safety seriously, and they often end up paying a terrible price for that ignorance.
Suggestion: Color the spider body parts different shades of black, and color the legs a little lighter. The colors will make the spider look more realistic and scary!
