Well, before asking too much, I'd like to know to what extent Algobox will be changed. I think that splitting Algobox would be a lot of work, and implementing a TPT-like system would be hard (but awesome )
Well, it's too overpowered! if you try to climb aything while accelerating, it will flip. Maybe if you underpower the engine drastically (or make a power curve) and you add a low setting for the gearbox (such as PRNDL) that limits gear to 1 or 2 when on, it would be ok!
We don't want you spamming simple scenes that utilize 10% of Algodoo's potential. also, there's no "fashion" here! Algicosathlons started when Algodoo became free (it wasn't last year or so) and before that there were lots of awesome people here. now they're all gone, due to personal issues, or total annoyance.
P.S. I'm 1 year older than you, so don't even try to use your age as an excuse.
That's very good for your first engine! Try using less reciprocation and more weight in all the parts. also keep in mind that it's huge (as long as a car!)
When I say more weight, I mean 100 kg/m2 on every part. then you'll be able to vary the springs' constant (keep damping at -1 or -0.5). Also use a heavy flywheel
-This has been suggested before and everyone said either NO or that it was extremely difficult to make
-Xray doesn't work at Algoryx. There's something called the forum where you can suggest whatever you want
-Algoryx doesn't work in Algodoo anymore because of the same thing that brought you here: now Algodoo is free, so there's no profit, and also Algodoo's developer (Emil) decided to leave Algoryx.
Hmm, Xray, that's a good idea, but wouldn't you still be able to do marble races with Algodoo? I mean, if you paid for "Marble Simulator" or however you want to call it, you could just go to the free program and everything would be easier.
Emanuel, I wanted to know why Algoryx decided that Algodoo was better free. I mean, by making it free, the only thing you're winning is popularity- why don't keep it paid?
When I saw the forum post ("big day for Algodoo") I thought the contrary
Awesome ejection!
What I always say, if you want more firing rate, lower the barrel so your rounds don't have to go up so much! Also, try using gradients when you can (look on my scenes for the gradient pack)
