Blue was scared he would be the next one dying so he decided to kill someone again, this time, it was BlackBot, considering the fact that BlackBot killed one of his friends, Blue, being the color of water, decided to pour water over BlackBot making him burst, the note said "I'm Sorry" because Blue was feeling guilty again for killing somebody.

He killed Cuddles because he was mad because Lavender slapped him and helped Cuddles and Cuddles was happy. He killed T. Royal because he was in the mood of killing another person. After, he killed gemstone.(Hence the colorful blood). Cyanide was probably the one that Blue didn't tell the news about, so he and Little Lime (for overhearing him) were killed by Cyanide alone.

See, Purple Infinity was mad at Yellow for throwing a rock at him so he decided to kill him, he used a hammer where he probably borrowed from someone, then in breakfast, he went to the bathroom and smashed Yellow, Krystal Ruane was the one who screamed btw.
