Thus proving my theory that anyone (I mean anyone) who uploads something about harry potter will get flamed.
Don't take it seriously.
No-one's scenes were insanely amazing when they first joined, and almost everyone's scene quality gets better over the course of their attendance at the algobox.
Did you store the text inside a custom property of the disks? Because those do not save with the scene; you must re-declare them when the scene loads; such as adding a laser that call the code 'e.geom.text := "Hello, World"'.
Seeing as the vanishing point is slightly to the right, shouldn't the left-side wheels be moved slightly to the right? I suggest you look at some of wild bills scenes, as those are in excellent 3D.
Does anyone know the reason for all the complexity? Is it for durability and ease of sealing? It seems it would be simpler if it just compressed nitrogen directly...
@Tatt- Graphics card has no shaders (it's an elderly card). However, my hard-disk is exhibiting signs of failure (missing drivers, and it just crashed), so my graphics card --and PC as well--is subject to change...
So anyway, turning on shaders in algodoo doesn't do anything.
So stop being lazy and failing and start using textures and reverse engineering other scenes. You can't improve your scene quality by modeling your scenes after freefun15... but you can improve your scene quality by reverse-engineering one of Paradigm 29's cannons, and trying to build your own based off of what you learned from the original.
@shaz66-- Ummm... well... yes, if you haven't read through the forums and are complaining about not knowing much. If you HAVE read through the forums (both new and old) and you are still lost, then you're an okay guy, and you should ask someone for a tutorial.
@freefun15-- I agree with messyart- If you put some effort into your scenes I wouldn't be here commenting. So if you want me to shut up, show some effort. Or is this the best you are capable of doing?
