Rice MUST be Vermilion's old freind because he is the only one that is about the same age as. And after he saw that Rice was late to the meeting, he thought Rice would be in the indoor garden, probably because of Vermilion knowing Rice's like and hates. well he found a random suitcase in the library and because it was random he opened it up. He took the entire suitcase to the indoor garden and went back to the library to find another suitcase with a flipped over peice of paper and the holy BOMB DETONATOR and found two bombs and he didn't know which bomb was real so he took the bottom one thanks to the note. He tried to detonate the bomb but it was actually a bomb activator and he was kneeling next to the bomb and he ded
my guess is Maroon, because a bit before we were chasing (yes we were chasing) Turquoise I BET he set the whole bomb thing.
i also think the fake bomb never activated unless there was another exsplosion
