I played it again, and almost everything moves.

There is a bit of a problem though... Some marbles fall out of the bowl.

It sometimes crashes for some, but in my case, the building just explodes somehow and some minor slowdowns can be noiticed... but is this the same scene before the original one has been deleted?

Try using the grid, and try the "Glue to background" in the Geometry actions. I'm also making one car track, but a bit more complex.
