It went straight through the shield.

Explosion is WAY TOO BIG to be realistic.
That and the round explodes after short timer instead of on collision.
And how can smoke blow up a building???

adjust the damping on the spring thas attached to the loading thing to 1 and make most of the parts more thick. that should help

Good job,
High power, not too fast. buildings react to hits.
But you could make the spring holding the firing pin a bit shorter and more powerful,
'cause when aiming repeadetly up and down it fires by itself.
also make rockets a bit slower for a better impact to targets.

Simple and reliable though last round in the mag jams often
