Maybe you have to make your way through a large cruise boat that's crashed on the coast? (You could then have him take a life boat to somewhere else... maybe?)

maybe a level where he's escaping from a ship crashed on the coast (as an idea) and he has to get to the life boats to get to a safe island or something along those lines? (just a suggestion)
