It's really very simple:lol:
Try to remove the pictures of bread, tomato, cheese etc and you'll understand everything.
The burger is a tower of boxes, and at the front of each box is glued a picture-box which doesn't collide anything.
I'll add the simplified scene in response.

Yeah i know:( It's because of bad brick construction, there isn't enough space for the teeth
