Density in Algodoo off?

I noticed that the density of water in Algodoo is 1 and the density of air in algodoo is .01. This would suggest that water is 100 times more dense than air. In reality however, water is nearly 1000 times more dense than air. This is off by a magnitude of 10 and thus is no small error. Is there a reason for this? Is it a mistake or are my facts wrong?

I think it's not mistake. Algodoo is 2D, and real world is 3D.
