*looks at crazy contraptions*..............*facepalms*............ Why not make a box fixed to the backround that spawns a circle shooting at the enemy, that when it collides, it fixes it self to the backround, then it gives it self am extreemly high density and attraction, that is immortal and a killer.

Is there really multiplayer at Algodoo? Wow that's sick. But it sounds fun!

there isn't multiplayer in algodoo, this is only sharing scenes or something with eachother (didn't read the post :))
Basically, there are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who know binary, and those who don't.
Light travels faster than sound. That's why some people appear bright until they open their mouths.

Sorry, didn't hear that last post. What?

But seriously, before you all get your flamethrowers ready, this could make a good contest. We just need to instate some rules. It doesn't have to be online, we can just upload scenes to Algobox, and set limits for he number of objects, and such. We could have rules about scripting, so that you can't just trash everything with a luiquify-ing laser.

I would even upload a base scene, with "build boxes", so that you couldn't make something too large, or have too many robots of doom.

because you are not contributing anything of significance to a dead thread. the op hasn't posted anything of significance in over four years. the thread is dead, the original poster is dead, the concept is dead. if you want to turn this into a contest, make a thread in the contests forum, THAT IS WHAT THE CONTESTS FORUM IS FOR. stop bumping dead posts.

1) It would be nice if you used proper grammer in ur sentencez.
2) The rules state that if a post is relevant to the original topic, then you are allowed to bump the thread.
3) I actually HAVE contributed something of significance, if you'd read my post instead of immediately replying, maybe you would have noticed.
4) This is a legitimate idea, I think it be interesting.
5) I know someone else is going to jump in on this. *Holds up riot shield*

1: are you talking about my lack of capitalization at the beginning of sentences? deal with it
2: which rules?
3: what did I miss?
4: see 3, and my comment about the contest forum
5: I got this, bro?

Why do you even care? Trying to make me look bad won't make you look better to anyone else.

I'm not trying to make you look bad, you've done a good enough job at that already. what I care about, and am trying to do, is encourage you to be self-reliant; specifically with regards to making contests. the only thing that is preventing you from doing what you want is you

Yes, I make myself look bad with horribel grammer and spellingg and i dont have good punchuation

But you certainly are tying to make me look bad. You want to prove yourself to everyone else. And this seems to be a "good" way to accomplish that. What does self-reliance have to do with it? I'm not using anybody else for anything. You are, obviously, since you're trying to make yourself look good by making me look bad.

What's preventing me from doing what I want is YOU. Now let's get this back on topic, shall we?

Since nobody seems to be expressing any sort of interest, I'll just forget about this thread for now.

prove what? that technically I am right? well I think I did that a couple of posts back, so I guess that's right, I'm holding the big man on campus down. you're the one who wants the contest, you're the one who's posting in the wrong forum, and you're the one who seems to think that my sentence capitalization is important (it's not, get over it)

I still haven't seen a post in the contests forum, or even a scene regarding this. until you follow through you can't say I'm trying to make you look bad, because I'm not really trying

I think we can agree that, even if you're trying to bring this back, it's not going to work. There's just not enough people.

I think everyone saw that line (in fact, the forum software makes a point of showing new threads that have been posted while you were writing your own post)
but something's not right, you haven't forgotten about the thread; again, missing on the follow through

If I say, "I'm going to stop talking now" to someone in person, that doesn't mean that the fact that I chose to inform the person that I would not be talking means I am contradicting myself.

I asked if anyone saw that line, since two other people commented on how the thread should be forgotten. Following this, I will not respond to any more posts here, unless they are relevant to the original topic.
