Sometimes you will see a purple spring connecting the 2 circles. If this is so, Then that means that they cannot change distance from each other. Use the envirement and anguler inducement to your advantage to prevent these scenarios from getting too complex.

Nice idea, but try making multiple levels in one 1. I know this could get a bit harder, because there can only be 1 player at a time, but you can set the goal to delete both shapes, set some scene.my.variable +1, and every level checks if the current level number is reached(i.e levle 5 waits for the variable to become5). if that happens the player shapes can be moved. Also the green shape can set the camera pan(the position of the camera) to the next level everytime, this way its possible to have up to 10 levels in 1 scene.
I know, But still, its sorta hard. And i make it in multiple saves that way people can play each level whenever and not have to start over because they opened another scene.
I usually play all levels of a multi-level scene before I open another one. Also theres the undo button
I dont know if you already did, but you could check out my scenes. I have a collection of minigame like scenes, along with a multiple-scene game. I am more of the game maker in algodo
