which i guess its high. I guess it makes like...50Hp?

Fake engine, plus thruster throttles are illegal.

And also 45 rad/s is not that high, my engines top out at around 90-130 rad/s

Well it is getting closer to something.
I would suggest removing the thruster and using only springs. Get a hang on some simple scripting and try to create a throttle using different power/damping on your springs instead. Also try to stay within a realistic size and weight.
