Scene tag

A simple recoil operated gun, but with special bullets that allow a delayed blowback, in turn resulting in more powerful shots; less of the propellant spring's extension is spent operating the mechanism.

As a result, the recoil mechanism activates when the round is exiting the barrel, like IRL guns, instead of as soon as the round is fired, which is what happens with simple spring bullets in Phun.

I do not understand this scene. You can just increase the tension of the bullet spring, why need such a complex delay mechanism?
@Meerkoos
I'll start off by saying it isn't complicated. It's only7 extra parts to get the delay system.
- That aside, it allows you to be more lax with the strength, weight, etc. of the back end, which in turn makes tuning that part of the system less finicky.
- I've experienced clipping issues, and greater chance of the random mis-fires happening if I simply strengthen the proppeler spring, without having a bizzarely huge gun. (Already have one; about 100 metres long, over 50 tonnes).
- You only need to do a simple retrofit of existing recoil-operated guns, adding in the R block piece, in order to make use of the delay system.
(Changing the bullets used to these bullets I have, ofc., they're compatable with normal guns anyway).
