Altai in the Mid-West of Ulaanbaatar. Qigihar in Western Harbin. Split North Korea into Choshin in Central North North Korea. Onjo in North Eastern North Korea. Split Saint Petersburg into Volga in the east and Arkangelesk i the Central North.

I will do most of them. I said most because I think Urumchi is another way to spell Urumqi.
