The survivor rate was 17. That means only 40.5% of the pop. survived!

Yeah, it's likely that not alot of people would survive. This iis supposed to be an EF 5 tornado after all, the most powerful. I only had 9 adults and 2 children survive. That's only a little over one fourth of the whole population of the town!
