Why?
Pastel Blue: I admit, I felt bad when Half Evil Really Dark heliotrope was stalking my friend Blue, so to get revenge, I set up a string on the light switch to turn the lighs off at the time of assassination. When everyone sat down, I memorized HERDH's Position and turned off the light. Then I clicked the trigger of my gun, killed Him/her, hid my gun and turned on the light. Success.

I'm not going to point out what the motive is, because i have no idea. Anyway, after swimming in the indoor pool with Transparent Snowyan and Salmon, Pastel Sky, along with everyone else, came to the dining room to eat lunch. When everyone was done, PS was the only one that stayed. He attached a string that he got from the middle of nowhere to the light switch so he could flip the switch by just pulling the string. After waiting a long time until dinner comes, PS took his own gun with him to the dinging room. While everyone was eating dinner, PS pulled the string he was holding in his hand all the time, making the dining room go dark. He then shot his own gun at the place HERDH was sitting at (PS was good at memorizing, i think), which killed him. He hided the gun from the others, and turned the lights back on.

Also, Pastel Sky's description says that he likes roblox, and i found a game on roblox called "Breaking Point" which is a bit similair to how HERDH died. This might be Pastel Sky's inspiration of the murder.

Reason: H.E.R.D.H was stalking Blue, which would have made Blue feel really creeped out. Sooner or later, Blue got so tired of H.E.R.D.H that he shot him in the head after the lights went out so that H.E.R.D.H wouldn't stalk him anymore.
