This is an updated version of my old USB interface. That old one was buggy and didnt work well. This is an updated version, featuring improved rewritability, faster transfer times, and less lockups. The USB chips are no longer two way. The ones marked as USBW transmit data, and the ones marked as USBR recieve data. I may change this in the future. This also features a Micro USB interface, for smaller and less speed needy uses.
IMPROVEMENTS OVER USB1.0
-Over 2X faster speeds
-Rewriting is now a lot easier
-Dedicated read and write channels make interference less likely
-Less buggy overall
In the future (its late now where I live, so probably tomorrow) I will make a quick demonstration of a use of this USB Interface.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make an object with collision group B and the text you want to transmit. Plug the USB plug into the slot. Touch the object you made to one of the gray pins (one thats connected to a USBW chip) sticking out. |
