This is a project I have been trying to complete for several days and I finally did it!
1PPR is 1 Particle Per Revolution (in other words, really efficient)
This engine has a set amount of powered revolutions, determined by the amount of fuel particles in its tank.
AD to spin (runs CW)
S to halt
ALT + RIGHTCLICK orange circle and rotate to change timing
