Use the Right and left arrow keys to go forward and backwards.
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the sword.
Use the 5 and 2 keys to move the spear.
Use the WSAD keys to move the right arm.
Use the TFGH keys to move the left arm.
Use the X and C keys to move the right leg.
Use the V and B keys to move the left leg.

To go under objects that are to low to walk through, move the right and left legs in to a crawling position to crawl under it.
